Meadow Ridge Overture is a fun Grade 1 piece designed to develop foundational ensemble skills in a beginning orchestra.
Using familiar rhythmic and pitch patterns, this work features engaging "call and response" sequences, and expressive dynamic contrasts.
Each section has a chance to play melodic material.
The bass part doubles the cello part throughout, and there is an optional Violin 3 (Viola treble clef) part provided.
